Yael Benguigui's path into property began inside one of Barcelona's most respected development groups. For nearly a decade, she served as Commercial Director at Shevat Constructing Group, leading commercial strategy, client relationships and sales for new build residential projects across Barcelona and the Costa Brava.
From inside the development process — site acquisition, architectural design, construction, marketing, sale — she came to understand how developers think, what drives pricing decisions, and where the real opportunities lie. That insider perspective became the foundation of everything she now brings to her clients.
In time, she recognised that buyers in the new build market were underserved. Developers are focused on building; buyers needed someone focused entirely on them. She founded LINK Properties to close that gap — an independent specialist firm built on the relationships, the market knowledge and the quiet access she had spent years cultivating.
Today, LINK operates at the intersection of developer trust and buyer advocacy. Clients see developments before they reach the open market, often securing preferred pricing, priority unit selection and direct lines to the teams behind them. From first enquiry through legal and mortgage introductions and on to key handover, Yael and her team remain present at every stage.
